Do NOT buy from this company! Everything starts smoothly and then when they send you your packet, it’ll go smoothly but right when you sign to wait for transport your vehicle will be literally be sitting there for days waiting all while you have a car payment due soon and no sense of urgency getting your vehicle to you. They will tell you”Sorry we have having some delays” it will be anywhere from 5- 8 days to get you a carrier but really it’s because they are trying pocket money for a “Broker fee” by sitting your transport too low so, no carrier wants to even mess with it until they raise the price up. Unless you personally plan to pick up your vehicle from states away do NOT use driveway! Use Carvana! They stick to there word and you will get vehicle wayyy faster then you’ll ever get your vehicle using this company and by using carvana you won’t have to worry about out a thing. This place is a joke! UPDATE: since owner reply someone calls me not even the owner. It’s a supervisor with transportation/delviery coordinator. They advise me that they advertise 5-8 day window but will have the vehicle delivered within the 14 to 21 days. Guys I’m at day 13. My vehicle has to travel 1200 plus miles which take 4 days and she couldn’t even tell me if or when they will have ETA but wanted to say if we go pass the 21 day mark they will help pay my insurance lol. Yeah, the one bill that cheapest not the $1,000 truck payment or anything else or my time they have wasted they wanted to help with the few hundred dollar insurance bill smh. I’ll say it again! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are a JOKE!!! Go to Carvana!
