Great service
I ordered a Saunabox XL and unfortunately when it arrived it was missing a component. I emailed Saunabox and they immediately sorted the issue and sent out the missing piece. I have not used it yet as the part is still in transit but if it is as great as the excellent customer service I will be very happy. The team were very quick to respond and rectify the issue. Very impressed.
