I'm enjoying your product except for the fact that I have one that is not working
I would have thought by now that you would have told me that you are sending me one free of charge. That would be good customer service.I'm enjoying your product. Although I am having a problem with one of them. You're thanking me for the wonderful experience that's nice. How about the part where I told you? I have one that is not working.
