They will lie to you when they owe you money back. I paid my loan off and it was overpaid because of the automatic payment being made before the payoff cleared. I was told it would take 7 to 10 days to process my zero balance letter and receive my refund. It has been 18 days and I still don't have my zero balance letter or my refund. I get a different story each time I call customer service. Be careful if you happen to get in this situation. They will give you the run around. Overall they were a good company to deal with but after this I will never ask them for another loan. They lost my business after 3 loans that were paid in full. This company never had to worry about my payments each month.
