DO NOT BUY I purchased a Rowe & Mercer “Comfy Cashmere Sweatshirt”, advertised as 100% cashmere. What arrived was 95% polyester / 5% spandex. This is not a minor variation — it is completely misrepresented. I could have bought an identical polyester garment elsewhere for around $16. Under Australian Consumer Law, products must match their description. This clearly does not. PayPal should not be facilitating transactions for sellers who advertise one product and deliver something entirely different.
