dishonest practices
The products themselves seem good, but the service and returns practice let them down. Delivery was slow. I placed this order in mid-May and didn't receive it until almost two weeks into June. Tracking information is poor, and contacting them is no better. I'm a returning customer: on my first order, my queries about shipping went unacknowledged entirely; this time they did reply, but late, explaining they were overwhelmed by sales. Plenty of sales, then, yet customers are still treated this way. On sizing: Coolibar publish measurements for each size, yet some garments run noticeably larger than others bearing the same size label. When you return these clearly mis-sized items, they deduct a fee from your refund, so you end up paying for their mistake. I raised this with customer service and was told that all garments fit differently, despite their OWN SIZE CHART saying otherwise. I'm still waiting to be reimbursed. I won't be returning.
