We had the worst experience with this watch. It didn’t work and continually disconnected in several places including our home. When we called customer service they weren’t surprised and said it disconnects often and doesn’t work well in airports! Customer services is only open certain times Monday though Friday so we weren’t able to communicate over the weekend
