On June 15th I had a terrible with grey hound buses. there was a communication problem with customer service and the people that I talk to had scheduled a bus pick up with my mom on a hot day. The thing of it is the Greyhound bus stop was supposed to be somewhere where you can eat at but the greyhound bus stop was in front of a gas station using their address illegally, and that wasn’t the bad thing about it. The bad thing about it was they were supposed to show up at 1:25 PM that day we stay there from 1 o’clock to 225 Greyhound bus never did show up so I got back on the phone with the customer service representative and tell them what happened and he put me on hold for a long time then he came back on the phone and I told him I needed my money back and it refused to give me my money back so everybody out there that wants a greyhound bus. I’m telling you they’re just a rip off.
