Extremely disappointed and frustrated…
Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company. I paid for their expedited passport service expecting professional assistance, but I was never even able to download the application from their website. I contacted customer support and filed complaints twice within the 30-day period to resolve the issue, but despite my efforts, they refused to issue a refund. This experience has been completely unacceptable. Charging customers for a service they cannot properly access and then denying a refund after multiple complaints raises serious concerns about their business practices and customer service. I feel misled and taken advantage of as a paying customer. I strongly encourage others to do thorough research before using this company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their service.
