We have these cameras in my elderly mother’s house. She has early stage dementia and it’s our way to check on her and ensure she is safe. In the past 6 months they have added ads. Which take a significant delay in logging on to check on her. And to toggle between camera screens each time you get an add which takes up to 90 seconds. This is a critical delay when checking on loved ones. Also the price point they have added to get adds removed is excessive. And while it comes with more storage,we don’t really need the storage. We just want to check on her well being as we all live more than an hour away .
