This is the first time that I used your booking website and was initially extremely upset because of my flights was apparently overbooked, which messed up my whole vacation plans. After a lot of research by your employee, Amy, and a lot of back and forth conversation, I now have flights that work for me, although it is costing me more money (not her fault). I hope that you appreciate someone like Amy who actually can represent your company well while treating customers fairly.
