Don't Trust the Promo
The only reason this isn't a 1-star review is because the product itself is great and the installation crew did an amazing job. We love our windows, but the sales experience was a nightmare. The sales pitch was incredibly high-pressure, and worse, we were told we were getting a 0% interest promotion. It turns out we were actually given an 8.99% interest rate from day one. It is completely our fault for not reviewing the loan documents more carefully before signing, but the fact that the promo we were sold was entirely different from the reality of the loan is highly misleading. Great windows, but the sales and financing side of this company cannot be trusted. Take your time, don't let them pressure you, and read the fine print. We also ended up having extra fees when closing the account.
