Never shipped my order, Customer service hung up on me
Never shipped my order, when I finally enquired with customer service they told me they no longer had the 4 towels I ordered and would send me 3, no apology. When I didn't want 3 instead of the 4 I paid for, the customer service agent ended the chat on me. Worst customer service I have ever received.
