Leaving no stars was not an option…
They would not let me leave a no star review thats the only reason they have a 1 star. Concerns- Call in 4 times a months to fix issues or constantly ask them in they can do their 1 job - Run payroll..... As a small business this is a waste of time and resources. (They act as if running payroll is a favor) There phone system is a joke you are assigned a "payroll specialist" that holds the keys to your account that you will NEVER hear back from. All calls route to their voicemail unless you manipulate the call directory to talk with staff. After solving issues with system and representative if you get through to someone the issue you "fixed" is fixed that one time and not updated or changed permanently
