Long wait time for proctor and kicked me off multiple times
I have been sitting at my computer for over 5 hours trying to complete the Food Manger's Certification Exam and I am yet to complete it because of the following reasons: 1. The wait time for a proctor is extremely long. 2. The first proctor who picked up force ended the exam and I don't know why because it was not communicated to me. 3. The second attempt the proctor picked up, we went through the entire verification process, scanning my work area and all, then as I was about to start my exam it asked me to share my screen and kicked me out. Mind you, I was already sharing my entire screen. 4. Waited again to get another proctor for over an hour. As soon as my id and headshot were photographed, the system again booted me off. 5. This is my 4th attempt and I am very frustrated because I am once more waiting on a proctor to pick up which takes forever. (Test taken as Koren Wilson Ledgister)
