Hided original payment currency
When I made a payment for an international room booking, till checkout or payment page, all costings showed in INR. Once the payment was completed, it showed in USD. If they had previously shown that it was in USD, I would have used my forex card. To make it look easier for customers, they show charges in local currency but end up frustrating the customer because of their hidden tactics. If they can't handle conversion, why show the converted value?
