Horrible Customer Service
After my daughter completed her aligners, she unfortunately broker her retainers. We ordered 2 additional ones 6 months ago and have not received them. Multiple calls and emails resulting in the excuse the shipping g company is having difficulty finding them. This has been an absolute disaster and ineptitude on their part!
