TY offers a guarantee with their plants and tree. I purchased PAW PAW tree in June of 2025, planted as directed, however the plant did not survive the winter. In May of 2026, I requested a refund or credit and TY instructed how to test the tree and provide documentation. Within 1 week of submission my account was credited with the purchase price of the tree> Great and quick service, Thank you, Gary
