Delays upon delays
Ordered my dog's prescription on Wednesday, chose the option for them to contact my vet. By midday Friday, they still hadn't contacted my vet. I called Monday, and they said they reached my vet on Friday and are waiting on approval. I still didn't get any update on my order. I called the following Tuesday. They said the medicine was approved so it should be shipped by end of day. It's now midday Wednesday and I just got an email saying that "they're waiting for approval from my vet but haven't been able to contact them." I hope that this is just an automated message sent in error, but this is crazy making. It's been over a week and I still haven't received any other update about when the medicine will be shipped. I spent over $100 on this prescription, by the way. Horrible customer service.
