Terrible customer service
Purchased a new Glock 19 CO2 pistol. Magazine was defective. Spewed BB's out. Couldn't use the gun. Mason sends me a return label to ship the mag back and I have to pay for shipping. It's only $11 on their site and $10 for shipping. Even ebay has them for $12 shipped. I sent 3 emails and nobody replied or tried working a deal on just selling me a new mag. I was able to ship gun back to Sportsman's guide even though it was non returnable. I told them Umarex wasn't helpful with their defective gun so they made an exception so I could ship the piece of junk back. I have 3 other Umarex's and will never buy another one again.
