Poor Packaging
I have been using Monat for a few years now and have never received a package in worse shape then the one I received today. The entire bottom of the package wasn't even taped close properly and I am surprised my items didn't fall out not to mention it was completely smashed. Not blaming Monat for the box being smashed, as I am sure it was the postal service but the bottom of the package not being properly taped close was definitely a Monat issues.
