So far so good. My first time buying and using Lithium batteries. Came quickly and as advertised. Charger on the other hand was delayed. Customer service notified me right away and offered a refund if I didn’t want to wait. Customer service was A+. Batteries worked as expected. Time will tell but so far happy with my purchase and experience.
