While their products may be beautiful, customer service does not meet expectations. I ordered two dresses on 24th of May. I received one dress within a week and as for the other one, I keep being asked for patience for another 1-2 business days. Apparently, they need to check with operations regarding the status of my second dress but I’m still waiting for a response. I asked for a cancellation of my order and immediate refund, but am no longer receiving any response. Very disappointing, will certainly not order again!
