Updated Review: After consideration, I have updated my review. A manager from Allivet contacted me today and apologized for the problem I had with them. The supervisor who called, took the time to completely review all the communications between me and them and figured out what the problem was with their system. It apparently dropped the $50 savings for the 2nd prescription. She was so kind and totally understood my frustration with them. To make things right, she is honoring my the sale price and prescription when it is time to reorder. She also gave me a $38.00 refund which I didn't expect for all the trouble I went through. I am glad to know they do care about their customers and will do business with them in the future. I ordered my dog's heartworm medicine from this company a couple of years ago and they sent me someone else's prescription. (same med, same dosage). I was first told to simply use what was sent to me and then about a week later was called and told I had to send it back before they would issue my dog's prescription. This caused my dog not to have her heartworm medicine on time which is crucial. Last month, I decided to give them one more chance because of they were running a sale. I ordered heartworm meds for both of my pups. I got an email saying they only got one prescription from my vet. My vet sent it multiple times and they still said they were not getting it. Interesting that my vet sent both at the same time. Finally, my vet contacted them and gave the prescription over the phone. I then get a call from Allivet saying I had to pay an additional $50.00 for shipping. I refused and told them to just send me the one prescription. Again, my one pup got her prescription late because I had to order from a different supplier who sent it to me immediately. It is my opinion that their system messed up and didn't charge me correctly the first time so they decided to act as if they weren't getting the prescription. Once my vet called, they then tried to charge me an additional $50.00.
