Disappointed
I was disappointed with my experience. There seemed to be a nonchalant attitude toward handling sensitive customer information, and I encountered what I felt were misleading questions throughout the process. In addition, the loan processing was extremely slow, causing significant delays and nearly resulting in the cancellation of my transaction. Better communication, transparency, and timeliness would have greatly improved the experience.
