Terrible RISK department.
Great sales team They make you jump through hoops to process a payment thru the risk department. BUT the risk department doesnt actually protect the merchant from risks. Ironically. They are there to lie to the merchants in order to protect themselves. Worst experience we have been through as a new company who thought that we could trust this company. They dont care to help you or protect you from fraud. They make you call them to process payments and speak the the RISK department but help prevent any potential fraud or high risk charges. AND then when the customer commits fraud they will lie and tell you your on your own.
