Unfair cancelation policy
Booked a ticket on Greyhound but had to cancel 2 days before the trip due to a change in plans. I then found out that they do not give a cash refund when the credit card bill hit and I looked into it. I just checked their site and setup a new trip to check. NO MENTION was made of no refunds! They sent a refund voucher for 35% of the ticket price. Never plan on traveling with them so it is worthless.
