Exceptional Support During a Severe Weather Travel Disruption
I would like to sincerely thank Nayaneeth for the exceptional support provided during a very stressful travel situation. Due to severe weather conditions in Dayton, Ohio, my international itinerary was disrupted and I missed the first segment of my journey. I had two tickets in my booking, and Nayaneeth spent more than six hours patiently assisting us with possible solutions and alternative travel arrangements. Throughout the entire process, Nayaneeth remained professional, responsive, and supportive. Managing an international travel disruption is challenging, and the dedication shown in handling my case made a significant difference. I truly appreciate the time, effort, and commitment provided during this difficult situation. Thank you, Nayaneeth, for going above and beyond to help us.
