Rude in-store customer service
My grandson and I just visited the Lincoln IL store and inquired about the golf simulator. We were treated very disrespectfully and told unless we planned to make a purchase we were not allowed to use the simulator. VERY rude and there were no signs to indicate a purchase was required. We were told it is “not an arcade”.
