Helpful pre-arrival support from Origin
My support agent, Eddy Hernandez, was super helpful before my custom PC even arrived. I had an issue with my credit card company, and there was a slight delay on parts (no fault of of Origin), and he preemptively answered all of my questions, and kept me in the loop with timely updates. The build looks great, and the price was so much better than any other builder with the exact same component list!
