Overall satisfied
Look , I give on 4 out 5 because the customer support was helpful but, and this is important, I don't want to have to ask customer support when I purchase good and/or service. Bottom line - customer support was good, helpful but company product was deficient overall because they had to replace it 3 times, aka a windows license.
