You will not get your money back.
Awful refund policy with loopholes and excuses to keep your money even when you have found 0 use or effect for it. You will get scammed out of your money and customer service will refuse to refund you. Do not spend your money on this unreliable and faulty product, literally go search for anything else. I don't know how it's legal for a company to proudly keep your money like this, they might as well have stolen it right out of my wallet. Greedy company.
