I had high hopes for this orderNot what I expected
I had high hopes for this order, but the whole experience left me disappointed. The tracking information was inaccurate for most of the delivery window. There were unexpected charges at checkout that weren't clearly explained upfront. The packaging was inadequate and the contents shifted around in transit. Hoping this was a one-off, but it's put me off for now.
