Hello , I am extremely dissatisfied with the condition in which I received my package. The parcel arrived already opened and the contents were in very poor condition. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for this order and I expected to receive it properly packaged and in good condition. Instead, I received a damaged and tampered package, which shows a clear lack of respect for your customers. I am therefore demanding a full refund immediately. I should not have to pay for an item that arrived in such an unacceptable state. I expect this issue to be resolved without delay.
