Saad did a nice job
Saad did a nice job. I’m all set up now. My tenant has made his first payments to me through Baselane to my accounts. I had a problem with my internet being dropped. I was talking with Aya who called me back promptly. It happened again and she checked on me then today I received an email from her. When we were cut off the second time Imcalled back in and spoke with Saad. He initially helped me set up my Baselane account and remembered me. He helped me fix my problem. So I think Saad and Aya are both great. I’ve spoken with Aya several times as well and she always follows up with an emai as Saad did. I would say that Baselane has good customer support and they were really patient with me. When I needed help on their platform I shared my computer with them. Yes, they were great! Debbie
