Waste of money
I purchased this service in early 2025. I ended up moving across the country, losing my father, dealing with chronic illness, and moving again. Once I was finally settled, I logged into update my details and get my download. However, it had been over a year since the purchase. Apparently, you lose access after 12 months, which is certainly unclear during purchase. Customer service told me I had to purchase the service again if I wanted to use the program. Money down the drain. Otherwise, I don’t actually find the value in this service. You get the passport application filled out with the information you provide, select the nearest place to get your passport photo, select the nearest office to submit your documents in person, and wait. I can fill out a form and do the rest for free. It doesn’t make sense to me to pay for this service after realizing what the actual outcome would produce. Additionally, the website I used was FastportPassport.com through GovWorks. When customer service sent me a link to their terms and conditions, I was sent to RushMyPassport.com. So - are they behind all of these companies??
