If I could give negative stars I would! Absolutely disgusting stations and buses! Roaches and rats in the stations. Fleas on the bus!!!!! And they want to offer a voucher instead of a refund for my canceled trip! I will never use this service again. What do I need a voucher for? So they're getting a free $440 from me for half a trip and terrible service! I DO NOT recommend using this service! If I could post the videos and pictures I would!
