I bought earbuds in December of this year, and they started having some problems to the point where I could not use them anymore, I contacted customer service and got an answer quickly. I am grateful for their reactivity and attention to the problem; responses to my messages never took more than a day. I love those earbuds, they are lightweight as well as pretty, and the noise cancelling they provide is a godsent for someone who gets overstimulated quickly. Thanks again to the Gravastar team.
