Beware!
The offer was fair, however the fees are OUTRAGEOUS! Literally a service fee of $88,000 which would have rated half our equity. The home advisor initially said he would advocate for lower percentage, but didn’t follow up until four days later after I reached out, only to say no change would be made to the offer. Beware the fees!
