I am so disappointed with this company
I am so disappointed with this company. I ordered online, paid all fees including "delivery fee" then the following day received a call asking for an additional $15 for delivery costs? I refused to pay this and found it unethical as it was not explained online website that there may be extra fees! They claimed that in Dayton area, it may cost more? Meanwhile no delivery happened at all. I called next day and they said the driver's car broke down so my delivery would be the next day. WOW okay... Im still waiting.I don't think so. False advertisement at best!! If you run a company and received orders, then called your customers for extra monies, your company will not survive period! This should be illegal and anyone that orders from this company beware! Refuse this extra cost, as they have to legally submit to their promises on their website. For the company, write this "extra cost" in bold letters if this is legit and let your customers know upfront pls!!! Sorry you lost my business!!!
