My order was never delivered. Then I had to wait another day so the could confirm it was never delivered. I had blow the bday surprise cause I was never told it was not delivered by just flowers. I had to go thou 2 ppl when they finally listened to me and cancelled my order that was already a day late and was not a bday surprise anymore! Thanks for nothing! Worst experience ever!

The basket, the flowers and the arrangement were beautiful. They were delivered to the care facility on a Saturday, but never taken to the residences room where I found them in the lobby the next day. May wanna instruct the delivery person to make sure someone is aware that they’re delivered to a specific resident and room number. Had I not visited her from out of state those flowers probably would’ve sat in the lobby and she never would’ve gotten them.

Picking out a bouquet was easy, there were a lot of options. Including a short personal msg option was good. I received a notice of delivery, which was great. Normally that would be it, however, the flowers never made it to the recipient. Just Flowers went above & beyond, researched & discovered recipient, in fact, did not receive the delivery. They duplicated the original order & delivered to recipient, who was happy to receive.

Easy to order, good follow up when I questioned what was actually delivered. JustFlowers was very concerned and responsive, even giving a small credit without me asking. See issue below:
The point deduction was because I ordered a tall vase of flowers from Just Flowers, and was confused by a photo delivery confirmation from Doordash depicting a bag from Edible with unknown contents. Apparently there were some kind of flowers in the bag, but I still don’t know what was sent.

We placed our order over the phone as these flowers were for a celebration of life for an unbelievable Aunt whom we loved very much and we did not want anything to go wrong. Everything was done incredibly well and the flowers were beautiful !!!

The order was adjusted to meet their change in options; it was acceptable and very well organized. I think I was trying to get scammed for extra money. I will not pay extra when items are set. Overall, it was a great experience. This is a major company, and all cost should be settled at the time of order.

What I liked about Just Flowers, is that they confirmed my order several times and in different ways. Also they were patient, as I used my phone to talk to them, while we picked the best choice for my circumstances!
I checked many vendors to meet the Mothers Day Sunday timeline. Just Flowers offered
a guaranteed delivery of 5/10/2026 for an extra delivery charge. Total for the order was
$94.73. Flowers did not arrive on Mothers Day. They arrived at 5pm on Monday,
5/11/2026.
I attempted to contact the merchant that Monday, 5/11/2026. After many automated
voice mail prompts and a 30 minute wait on hold, I hung up. I tried again a few hours
later, went through several automated responses, waited 42 minutes, and Just Flowers
hung up on my call after the long wait. No human ever answered.
I then called to dispute the charge.

Our customer placed this order online through our website on Sunday May 10, 2026 at 9:52 AM recipient’s time asking for same day delivery. This order was immediately processed and assigned to a shop for delivery on the aforementioned date. However, due to the high volume of orders placed earlier that week, and given the fact that it was Mother's Day, a major flower holiday, the assigned florist was unable to deliver the order on the original delivery date. The order was rescheduled for the next available delivery date per our Weekend Delivery policy and our Delayed Delivery policy.
This order was delivered on May 13, 2026 as confirmed by the florist that filled this order.

I ordered some flowers for a funeral…
I ordered some flowers for a funeral and of course they didn't arrive on time so we had them sent to the widow and they sent an absolute piece of crap. They have a clause that says if what we want isn't available then they can choose or something to that effect. I did not realize that. I think my order was about $180 they offered to compensate me $5 then $7 then $10. I declined the offer as I found it insulting.Pissed

They arrived on time. I received very positive feedback from the family; the flowers were beautiful and fresh.
That made me very happy.
