Late delivery
I checked many vendors to meet the Mothers Day Sunday timeline. Just Flowers offered a guaranteed delivery of 5/10/2026 for an extra delivery charge. Total for the order was $94.73. Flowers did not arrive on Mothers Day. They arrived at 5pm on Monday, 5/11/2026. I attempted to contact the merchant that Monday, 5/11/2026. After many automated voice mail prompts and a 30 minute wait on hold, I hung up. I tried again a few hours later, went through several automated responses, waited 42 minutes, and Just Flowers hung up on my call after the long wait. No human ever answered. I then called to dispute the charge.
