Never Received Merchandise: A Cautionary Tale of DHGate's Fraudulent Practices
I placed two separate orders with DHGate, and the entire experience was a nightmare. The first order arrived completely damaged. To make matters worse, the second seller used the tracking number from that first damaged order to fraudulently claim that my second order had also been delivered—when in reality, it was never even fulfilled. DHGate is a platform that actively protects its fraudulent sellers. Their dispute team consistently sides with the merchants, completely ignoring the overwhelming evidence provided by the buyer. They deliberately make the resolution process so tedious, time-consuming, and exhausting that most customers simply give up out of sheer frustration. However, out of principle, I refused to let it go. After a month of contacting their customer service every single day, I finally filed a chargeback with my credit card company and successfully got my money back. Save yourself the headache and avoid this fraudulent company at all costs. I will never shop here again.
