No shipping label!!
For a service that is intended to expedite a process it has been anything but that. I've had to visit fedex twice and still have not even been able to send in the completed application. Rushmypassport sends your application in one giant png file instead of separate page pdf. So get ready to do some photoshop. Then I finally printed everything, but there is no shipping label. Fedex can't do anything without the label. Where do I even get the label? No one knows and I'm still stuck waiting for customer service to get back to me.
