A company that only exists because of a monopoly
An overpriced service that only exists due to its monopoly on military bases. The constant outages, vague status updates, and terrible repair times combine to make the worst user experience to the point using a hotspot is more worth it. Taking over a day is already horrible, but over 2 days to get the network up again? And without keeping consumers in the loop? Genuinely can only be called a scam. Customer service line isn’t helpful, can’t even put a critique on their website(you can cancel your input though). Never use this company, largest waste of money for zero return. Little add on as well, it’s near impossible to speak to an actual support rep, it’s all automated so you can’t get any actual accurate information.
