Avoid these scammers if you don’t want your trip ruined
Airpaz you owe us a significant amount of money! First you change our flight from Chiang Mai to Surat Thani to an evening flight instead of a morning flight. Ok we accepted that we would lose the first night of our hotel in Koh Tao we have paid for because we now had to book and pay for a sleeper ferry to the island instead of a speedboat because of your change. We get a taxi to the airport for our new flight time just to be told the flight has now been changed again to tomorrow morning and we should have been notified. WE WERE NOT NOTIFIED. It says on the app are we ready to go, nothing about a flight change to the next day. We are now stuck at the airport and need to find, book and pay for yet another hotel because of this. We may not be able to do our Skuba dive course at all when we get to Koh Tao because we have to wait to dive a certain amount of hours after flying. This will mean we lose hundreds of pounds. Your terms and expectations say no refund but we will be getting a refund some how believe me. We will not be silenced until we are compensated for all we have lost.
