Outstanding customer service rep - Jawana :)
My customer service rep, Jawana was beyond amazing and everything you hope to receive in terms of service. She was patient, listened, offered feedback and went the extra mile to provide assistance during a distressful time. I could never thank Jawana enough for her kindness and professionalism. I joined NBKC approximately 6 months ago and am beyond grateful and glad I did. I love this bank.
