The AI automation is very basic and wires still get crossed and things randomly end up in the wrong lead buckets. Created and assigned automations sometimes work and sometimes don't. Not being able to talk with someone directly on the phone is annoying and waiting for the chat to be picked up by a person can also take time. I have had several instances where my issues require further review and I am told that they will follow up with me and they never do. I feel that the service is very expensive for what I get, poor value. Someone who actually knew and understood AI could easily improve upon this platform, but this is very basic.
