The pellet probe on my Umarex Guantlet 2 broke. I had to send my rifle to Umarex for repair. Shipping was $40. Umarex didn't have the part in stock so they shipped an brand new rifle to me the next day. No questions asked. That is GREAT SERVICE! Thanks, Gavin
