Super helpful customer service.
Compared to Microsoft and other big companies out there, Apple customer service is GOD! I had purchased a 365 subscription via apple but as always MS office is never seamless - does not work on third party purchase even though they offer it!! (no clue why) Apple got to the root of the problem quickly - their customer service rep was helpful, patient and professional. MS on the other hand was beyond $$$$$$$ ridiculous. no humans just bots and I am still waiting for a response. Prefer Apple any day.
